Shipping Policy

Every effort will be made to get your item shipped next day.
If this does not happen, I will let you know - I know how excited you will be to receive your item and don't want to disappoint you!
I will be using Australia Post for shipping items - only within Australia at this stage.
I will forward tracking details once item is ready to be sent
Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your order.

No refund or exchange given for change of mind - so please choose carefully!
Batik Fabrics are hand produced and may have some print or dye mismatches. This is not considered faulty. I will inspect every item that is purchased before sending out to you and if any problems - short stock etc. - I will contact you to see if you would like an alternative or wait for more stock to arrive.
The colours are as close as possible in the photos as the original fabric. If you are unhappy with the colour choice please advise ASAP - within 14 days and I will work out an alternative solution (if there is one available) or refund your purchase - please provide proof of purchase.
Please check over the items once they arrive and advise if you have any issues ASAP - within 14 days. I will address any problems ASAP.
